"The era of social commerce is on its way in the next two years and social networks are likely to become more powerful than corporate Web sites and and customers relationship management software," according to a Forrester report. The report, penned by Forrester analyst Jeremiah Owyang, examines five eras of the social Web. On Facebook you can become a fan of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Tuscarawas County, T-County Pride, Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market, Dandelion May Fest, the Polar Express. When you become a fan it notifies everyone in your contact list and more people become aware of your business, event, program, organization, or what ever it is you are trying to promote. The Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce is having an event on May 15 that will teach you how to market your business on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
