Sample Policy Manual

The Chamber has produced a complete Personnel Policy Manual that may be used as a model for businesses and organizations. A committee of business people, human resource experts and organization managers assisted with the publication for the Tuscarawas Chamber.

It includes an AIDS policy, maternity leave policy,  and workplace violence policy and other policies necessary in today’s employment environment. Copy is free to Tuscarawas County Chamber members.
